Remote-first, without the remote-first limitations
Cinqa is based in Surat, India, and works with clients across USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and globally. Our delivery model is built around asynchronous-first communication — Loom walk-throughs, written updates, shared Notion workspaces — with weekly video check-ins at a time that works across your time zone.
Most of our US and UK clients tell us the async model is actually better than working with local vendors. Every decision is documented. Nothing gets lost in verbal conversations. Progress is visible at all times. We've run engagements across 8–12 hour time zone gaps for three years. It's not a limitation — it's our default.
Why USA and UK companies work with Cinqa
Senior AI automation talent in the USA or UK typically costs £150–£400 per hour. Cinqa operates at a fraction of that cost — and our team has shipped over 60 production pipelines across every major use case, which means less discovery time and fewer expensive mistakes on your project.
The second reason is speed: we can start the next Monday after sign-off and ship a working pipeline in 3 to 6 weeks. Most local vendors are booked 6 to 12 weeks out. The third reason is our model — fixed scope, fixed price, full source handover. No retainers, no lock-in. When the project ends, you own everything we built.
How we handle US and UK time zones
For US clients (EST/PST), we schedule weekly check-ins in the early morning US time, which is our evening. For UK clients, we have significant overlap — UK afternoon aligns well with our working day. We respond to async questions within 4 business hours.
For production incidents during the 30-day post-launch support window, we respond the same day regardless of time zone. We keep a shared Notion workspace with live project status so you always know where things stand without having to ask.
Legal, contracts, and data handling
We work with standard contracts that include IP transfer clauses — you own everything we build — NDA coverage, and data processing agreements where required by GDPR or CCPA. For UK clients, we're familiar with UK GDPR requirements and build data handling into pipeline designs from the start. For US clients, CCPA compliance is part of our standard data handling checklist.
All contracts are in plain English, designed to protect the client. We use only API endpoints with no-train flags (Anthropic, OpenAI), or self-hosted models for sensitive workloads. Vector stores, fine-tunes, and embeddings live in your accounts under your keys. We get a temporary admin seat during the build, revoked at handover.
